Order Minimum

Our minimum order amount for any order is $100. As a wholesaler we provide quality goods and offer these products at rock bottom prices. To ensure efficient processing and cost-effective shipping, we have a minimum order amount requirement in place for all orders. 

Payment Information

We value our wholesale customers and strive to make your purchasing experience as seamless as possible. Here is a quick overview of our payment options and procedures:

  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
    • PayPal: When submitting a PayPal order you are not prompted with a login screen, instead once we have the shipping costs we will send a PayPal request to the email provided on the order. 
  • Net Terms:
    • All orders must be prepaid, and no credit terms will be offered. 
  • Secure Transactions: 
    • Your payment security is of paramount importance to us. Our website and payment gateways are equipped with the latest encryption technologies, ensuring that your financial information remains confidential and protected. 
    • We ensure that once the order is charged, we do not retain any of your payment information.
  • Invoice and Order Confirmation:
    • Once your payment is successfully processed, we will ship out the order. If you would like to receive an email with the invoice or tracking number please put a note in the comment section of the order. All orders should receive an email from either FedEx or UPS providing the tracking number once the shipping is closed out at the end of day. 
  • Miscellaneous Payment Information:
    • We only process payment information for orders once they have been fulfilled and shipping costs have been calculated. 
    • If your card payment is declined, we will reach out to you to discuss alternative payment options. 
    • We do not accept checks or Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) as forms of payment.

  • Vast Product Selection: 
    • Our extensive inventory encompasses a wide range of products across various categories, catering to different industries and niches. We have curated a selection that offers something for every wholesale buyer.
  • Real-Time Stock Updates:
    • We understand the importance of accurate information. Our inventory management system is equipped to provide real-time stock updates, ensuring that you're always aware of product availability. 
    • In the event that an item is out of stock when the order is fulfilled, we will not proceed with an exchange without first contacting you for your input and confirmation.
    • If you do not find an item listed on the website, it indicates that the item is currently out of stock.
    • If an item is marked as "out of stock", rest assured that we are expecting to receive the item soon.
  • Product Quality Assurance:
    • Quality is our priority. Every product in our inventory undergoes quality checks to meet the highest standards. 
  • Restocking and New Arrivals:
    • To keep things fresh and exciting, we regularly update our inventory with new arrivals. Additionally, our restocking efforts ensure that popular items remain consistently available for your convenience.

Order Issues & Returns:

We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless wholesale purchasing experience. In the rare event that issues arise with your order or if you need to initiate a return we've outlined the following information to ensure a smooth resolution process:

  •  Order Issues & Customer Support:
    • If you encounter any issues with your order, such as missing items, damaged products, or discrepancies, our customer support team is here to assist you. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, and we'll promptly address your concerns. 
    • We will not initiate any claims for damages if the total damage is less than 5% of the value of the order.
  • Return Policy:
    • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for damaged or defective products, incorrect items, or items not meeting their description.
    • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please provide details about the issue, and we will guide you through the return process. Items cannot be returned without prior authorization.
    • Return Shipping: We will provide instructions for return shipping. The party responsible for covering the shipping costs is determined based on the type of return.
    • Product Inspection: Once we receive the returned products, our team will inspect them to verify the issue. Once the return is approved, we will process a refund or credit promptly.
  • Damaged Shipments:
    • In the event of visible damage to the package, we recommend that you take a photo as documentation to be provided in any shipping claims. This helps us expedite the claims process with the shipping carrier. Please retain all packaging materials in the event that the carrier requires an inspection of the packaging. Additionally, please contact our customer support team immediately to report the damage.
  • Missing Shipments: 
    • All shipments sent from our warehouse are sent without insurance or the requirement for a signature upon delivery. If you are in need of these options, please request these needs in comment section of the order form. Note that there will be an additional charge for these services. 
    • For undelivered packages that are not received, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and accept their decision as final.
    • For delivered packages that are not received, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and accept their decision as final. If a package is suspected to be stolen, we cannot guarantee reimbursement, and we advise the customer to contact the local police to file a claim. 
    • All packages are automatically covered up to a value of $100, but this coverage only applies in the event that the package remains undelivered. If you wish to have full coverage for the entire order, we recommend adding insurance for an extra cost to your shipment. 
  • Open Communication:
    • Clear communication is essential for resolving any order-related issues or returns. We encourage you to reach out as soon as possible so we can assist you effectively.

Our operational capacity occasionally faces limitations, and we need to prioritize our phone lines for customer service inquiries. Ordering online offers numerous advantages, including convenience, enhanced security, stored account details, and precise pricing and shipping information. We offer an online ordering experience that combines the ease of digital transactions with the support of our dedicated team.
